Punch Up – community gym
Punch Up is a co-operative sports and social organisation to enable positive connections based around physical activity. Currently they run weekly martial arts classes that are beginner friendly.

Equaliser – soundsystem co-operative
Since We Last Met – collective meals
Birmingham’s thrice yearly Resistance Roundup and info-swap meal.
We come together to share recent stories and honor the work of social movements here at home and around the world.
There tends to be two parts to the event, one local and one global under two main categories : HGC (Healing, Growing, Connecting), and Le Smash (successful actions against genocide, oppression, empire and ecocide.)
Stirchley Co-operative Development – housing and worker co-ops
Many Co-operation Birmingham went on to work on the SCD project. Though not an official project of Co-op Brum, it’s certainly a sister project and will serve as a good home space for future Co-op Brum endeavors.
It’s going to be a 40 flat housing co-operative with space for worker co-ops Loaf, Artefact and the Birmingham Bike Foundry. Construction will hopefully be completed around summer 2025.
